The HTML preview page is the team's internal review surface — it shows the post exactly as it will appear on LinkedIn, annotates every craft decision in the Deep Analysis section, and provides one-click copy/download access to final assets.

How the LinkedIn Post is Built
A fixed 7-section formula — every word has a job

Every post follows the same structural skeleton derived from the LinkedIn Professional Post skill spec. The calendar row supplies the raw inputs; the formula decides exactly where each input goes and what craft technique surrounds it. This is why no two posts feel generic — the formula forces specificity at every stage.

A
Hook — Painful Truth / Named Brand formula
Drawn from the Angle / Hook field. Must be ≤15 words and must not start with "I" or "We". Uses a named brand, a specific ruling, or a provocative inversion to stop the scroll before the first sentence is finished. The hook is the only thing that earns the reader's next click.
B
Proof Point — Full verifiable citation
Drawn from the Proof Point / Reference field. Always includes case name + court/body + date (or report + publisher + year). A partial citation signals opinion; a full citation signals primary-source authority. GC and compliance readers screenshot this line.
C
Contrast Punch — Short sentence after long (rhythm reset)
Pure craft — no calendar input. A ≤8 word sentence placed after the proof paragraph. Subject–verb × 2 structure. Forces a pause and makes the line instantly quotable. Usually the most-shared line in the post.

Broadening — Reader transfer from "them" to "you"
Drawn from the Core Problem field. Names the common false belief before correcting it. Shifts the frame from "what happened to Air Canada" to "what could happen to your firm." Uses "most firms" framing to make the reader feel seen, not uniquely wrong.

Triplet Gap — Parallel negation fragments
Drawn from Talking Point 4 (the solution layer). Written as three "No X." fragments that define the missing stack. Upgrades the problem from "IT risk" to "C-suite risk" in one sentence. Each fragment names a specific layer a CTO would recognise (harness / validation layer / audit trail).

CTA — Comment trigger over passive follow
Drawn from the Suggested CTA field, then upgraded. A passive "follow the series" becomes a keyword comment trigger ("Comment 'PRECEDENT'") with a named deliverable. This forces active engagement, signals purchase intent to LinkedIn's algorithm, and makes the value of responding explicit before the reader commits.

Hashtags — Buyer-intent, not vanity reach
Exactly 3 hashtags, placed as a clean footer (never inside body text). Selected for buyer-intent signal over raw follower count: category keyword (#AIGovernance), audience qualifier (#EnterpriseAI), brand plant (#AgentTrust). More than 3 signals low effort; fewer than 2 wastes discoverability.
Total: 150–250 words

How the Blog Post is Built
The depth layer behind the LinkedIn hook — 1,500–2,500 words

The LinkedIn post creates the hook and captures the lead. The blog delivers the framework. A reader who comments "PRECEDENT" (or whatever the CTA keyword is) should find that the blog answers every follow-up question they would have had. The connection is deliberate: post title, proof point, and solution structure are identical across both assets.

TL;DR Card
5-bullet summary at the top of the post. Allows C-suite readers to assess relevance in under 30 seconds. Bullet style: arrow prefix → , each item is a complete sentence stating a specific fact or implication.
Opening Hook
Mirrors the LinkedIn post's tension but expands it with a concrete scenario. Sets the stakes before any definitions or context. The reader should feel the problem before they understand it.
Core Sections (2–4)
Each section covers one talking point from the calendar row (T1–T4). Alternates between cream (#FEF3E2) and warm white (#FFF8F0) backgrounds. Uses callout boxes for key insights, warnings, pro tips, and case citations.
Inline SVG Diagrams
At least one per post. Rendered directly in the HTML — no external images. Diagrams show: timelines (event sequences), architecture stacks (layer diagrams), pipeline flows (left-to-right process), or Venn overlaps (risk intersections). All use the brand palette and viewport-relative sizing.
Stats Strip
4-card grid of key numbers. Each card shows a large stat + 1-line context. Numbers anchor the argument — they give readers something concrete to quote in internal conversations.
Solution Bridge
Connects the problem to AgentTrust OS without being a product page. Explains how Trust Certify / Trust Runtime / Trust Audit map directly onto the risks covered in the post. Includes a pipeline diagram specific to the day's topic.
FAQ Section
5–6 questions a skeptical reader would actually ask. Answers are direct, specific, and include at least one honest limitation ("where this approach has gaps"). Prevents readers from leaving with objections unanswered.
CTA Bar
Dark espresso (#3D1A02) full-width section at the very bottom. Single sentence of context + one button linking to agent-trust.tech. The CTA bar is the only place in the blog where AgentTrust OS is directly promoted.
The Deep Analysis
Centrepiece of every HTML preview page

The HTML preview page exists so the team can review every craft decision before posting. The Deep Analysis is its centrepiece: a side-by-side view of the finished post and the reasoning behind every section.

Left column (sticky): The LinkedIn post rendered with 7 colour-banded sections (A–G), each bearing a circular badge. A section-map legend sits below. As you scroll the right column, the post card stays in view so you can read the explanation while seeing the exact text it refers to.

Right column — trace cards: One card per section. Each card has three zones stacked vertically:

  • Input zone — the verbatim calendar field that drove this section, labelled with its field name
  • Reasoning zone — 4 bullets explaining the craft decision: why this formula, why these words, what the reader will feel
  • Output zone — the exact live-post text quoted in a dark gradient card with the section's position ("Live Post · Line 1", "Body ¶2", etc.)

A Format Compliance strip sits at the bottom: 6 score cards checking hook word count, CTA count, hashtag count, total words, filler phrases, and vertical targeting.
